With a background in engineering and informatics on top of neuroscience expertise, these solutions often include custom design and programming - for applications such as automated stage control, feature recognition/4D alignment, and measurement of morphological characteristics or protein levels.

Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive toolbox for hardware-software integration and quantitative image analysis which interface with public-domain software (e.g., ImageJ) and/or commercial visualization and analysis packages (e.g., Imaris, Amira, MATLAB). This toolbox and our expertise can help you rapidly design custom analyses - freeing you and your lab's time for the important biological questions.
